Are there any size restrictions?

The maximum size we can manufacture is 60in by 120in. The minimum size we can manufacture is 2.5in.

What factors determine the size of your products?

All of our products are available in several different sizes. We measure the side length of our square products. Circle products are measured by their diameter. All of our products are measured from their greatest points.

What is the expected shelf life for your metal signs?

Upon completion, we powder coat all metal products and cure them in a 400 degree oven. As long as there are no imperfections exposing the metal, your piece is protected.

Do we have the option of designing our own metal sign?

Yes, simply email us a file such as a PDF or JPEG, or any other format you have to orders@superiorcustomz.com. Let us know what sign you would like to have customized on our website, as well as any other specific details you need.

What color options are available?

We have over 30 powder coat colors available for your metal decor items. Depending on the color you choose, the price will increase accordingly.

All powder coated items undergo a detailed process to ensure that your surface is prepared correctly and that your color finish will last for many years in any climate.

There might be some imperfections on the brushed steel option since it’s coated with a clear powder coat (rather than a color coating). Small imperfections in the metal will be visible. These minor imperfections in brushed steel will not be accepted for returns or refunded.

What is the process for shipping metal signs?

Shipping is provided by UPS, FedEx and the Postal Service. As soon as your package has been labeled, it may take from 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships, so that you can track its progress! The carriers have been delayed longer than normal due to COVID-19, so we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will the order be shipped?

It typically takes 1week for most products to be completed. This process takes a lot of time due to the fact that every item is unique and custom made. We cannot produce your item until we receive a purchase order, so it has to be built when it is ordered!

I need this ASAP. Do you expedite shipping?

You bet! Please be aware than an additional charge may be requested. Send a message directly to us with an exact date by which you need the item(s).

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available!

For orders shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, and The Netherlands starts at $19.99.

For orders shipped to countries not listed, there is a $50 USD fee. Please note that conversion rates may apply.

How can I guarantee that I will receive an item by a certain date?

We recommend ordering your item at least 2 weeks in advance since we cannot provide expedited services unless requested. We understand that this can seem like a very long time, but due to the personalization process and the shipping requirements, we recommend that you make your plans well in advance!

Can I get a refund if my item has been damaged in transit?

We urge you to contact us IMMEDIATELY if your item arrives damaged in order to file a claim with the shipping service and ship a replacement as soon as possible. During the shipping process, please keep the damaged goods and packaging in case further inspection is necessary.

What if the tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received my order?

Your local Post Office or UPS can process a missing mail claim with your tracking number.

What if I wanted a custom design?

We can do that! Our team can help you with your specific needs. Please complete our request form to speak with us.

Are your products made from thick steel?

This varies depending on the product, but most of our products are made from 12-20 gauge steel. You will get a solid and quality item at this thickness that isn’t too heavy for you to hang on the wall or door!
